You can contact us on the same numbers as usual, and our opening hours remain unchanged. However, it may be quicker to use our online services where possible.

To assist you, we have adapted the way we work, setting up flexible and remote working for our staff. We have robust systems and a strong IT infrastructure in place so are confident we can continue to service our customers in these exceptional circumstances.

In saying this, we’re keeping a close eye on service levels and are doing absolutely everything within our power to keep the delays to a minimum.

We do ask for you to be patient if you have any difficulties in contacting us at this time – we are trying our absolute best and working hard in the background to keep the business running as usual.

If your renewal is due soon…

The quickest and easiest way to renew online is to log into the MyPolicies portal. You can also service your existing policy on this portal. This easy-to-use service will remain in place at all times and will avoid you having to wait on hold to speak to a member of the team.
