Quoteline Direct is part of the Wilsons Group who served their first customers in the same year as: Neil Armstrong set foot on the moon, Concorde took-off on her maiden flight and John Lennon recorded 'Give peace a chance'. Of course many things have changed since 1969, but our commitment to good 'old fashioned customer service' is one thing that hasn't. At Quoteline Direct we have one simple goal and that's to find the insurance you need at a price you can afford.

The Wilsons Group began life as a High Street insurance brokerage and over the years has grown to meet the needs of the modern customer. Having built-up considerable experience working with a variety of clients (from individuals to major motor manufactures) we decided to expand our business nationally. In the summer of 1993 we opened a new call centre in Manchester and Quoteline Direct was born.

We are understandably proud of the fact that a significant number of our new customers come on personal recommendations from existing clients. And to make sure that we continue to provide our customers with the high level of service they have come to expect from Quoteline Direct; we have invested heavily in the latest computer and telephone technology.
